TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SPASSINO CASINO
GENERAL PROVISIONSThese Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are made between Spasmatic N.V., a company registered under the laws of Curaçao, with its principal place of business at Prins Bernhardplein 354, Willemstad, Curacao (the "Operator"), on one hand, and any individual accessing or using the Operator's casino services ("You" or "User") on the other.
AGE RESTRICTIONSAccess to Spassino Casino is restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older, as per local jurisdiction laws.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND USE OF SERVICESThe User must provide accurate and complete information during account registration. The Operator reserves the right to refuse or cancel any account registration without prior notice. One account is permitted per user.
WAGERING REQUIREMENTSWinnings from free spins, bonuses, and other promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the bonus terms and conditions. Meeting these requirements does not guarantee a withdrawal.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed under, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to binding arbitration according to the rules of the Curacao Gaming Control Board.
ENTIRE AGREEMENTThis document constitutes the entire agreement between You and Spasmatic N.V., superseding all prior negotiations, understandings, agreements, warranties (express or implied) in any form whatsoever, whether oral or written.
NOTICESYou agree to receive electronic notifications from us regarding updates, new features, promotions, account management etc.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If You have a complaint or dispute with Spassino Casino please contact Our Customer Support team ([email protected]) so that we can try and resolve the issue amicably. If this is not successful, please note that in accordance with European Gaming Authority's (EGBA) Code of Conduct on Responsible Remote Marketing any unresolved issues will be escalated to an independent dispute resolution service.
- CANCELLATIONEither party may cancel or terminate this Agreement at any time by providing the other party written notice.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree with all provisions contained herein.
